Job Description:
o BPO is one of the fastest growing business segments and within BPO, India is seen as a growth area. This position is a key member of the BPO team in India.
o The job would be to manage a team of 50 to 200 in the F&A vertical. The challenge would be to handle customers on a world wide basis and also large teams.
Delivery on agreed upon service levels is critical.
The person would need to work to customer timings. The person should understand accounting flows.
Qualifications:
A Chartered Accountant or MBA (finance) with at least 10 years experience.
