E-learning Role- Manager- Content Development

Need someone who is tech savy and has a passion for e-learning content
development. This would be for one of the largest NBFCs in the
country. The person would be responsible for creating and managing
elearning content for one or more businesses of the group. The ideal
profile would be as follows:

„Ï Qualification in HR with preferably Systems or Finance
background
„Ï Strong exposure to training function
„Ï Exposure to authoring and designing software
„Ï Ability to positively interact with others
„Ï Ability to manage and resolve conflicting interests
„Ï Ability to create and present ideas and proposals
