The Enterprise Application Solutions (EAS) group is a large service line in Wipro Technology that undertakes execution of packaged solutions such as SAP, Oracle (including Siebel, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards), i2, Ariba etc.

Business Solutions Group is a practice within EAS which undertakes assignments related to Business Performance Improvement, Enterprise Application Selection, Business Case for Technology Investment / Outsourcing, IT Strategy and Organization Change Management.

As a part of our expansion we are looking for business process consultants for the Business Solutions Group.

As a Process Consultant you will be involved in high-end business consulting engagements interacting with client’s senior management to influence decisions which would eventually lead to larger business for Wipro. You will bring in strong knowledge of industry and business processes in key enterprise processes such as Prospect to Opportunity, Opportunity to Order,
Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Deliver, Record to Report, etc (processes related to Supply Chain Management/Customer Relationship Management/Finance). Experience in organization change management would be an added advantage.

As a Process Consultant, you will specifically be responsible for
• Leading/managing , solutioning and delivering any spectrum of Business Process improvement/ ERP Package Selection/ Business Case for Technology Investment/ IT Strategy/ Organization Change Management projects
• Working closely with client teams to identify Business development opportunities
• Developing “Points of View” on industry and functional areas and evangelize them

Specific activities that would be a part of your responsibility include:
• Undertaking performance improvement diagnostic and business process definition engagements, requirement gathering studies, cost of ownership and impact assessment studies
• Play a lead role in identifying areas of improvement, defining the change areas, defining KPIs
and developing mechanisms to track and monitor the above areas
• Planning and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Handle aspects of Program management / project management/change management


Required Skills
• Relevant experience of undertaking assignments in any or all of the functional areas (minimum proficiency in 2 of the processes mentioned earlier)
• Thorough understanding of the consulting process, handle client meetings and workshops, draw up solution approaches, present findings and convince clients of the solution
• Ability to communicate effectively through written, oral and visual media
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills

Desired Skills
• Experience in industry specific processes in Retail, Manufacturing, Banking/Insurance, Services, Hi Tech, CPG and Telecom
• Working knowledge of a leading package (SAP, Oracle, i2, Ariba etc)
• Experience in organization change management

Qualifications
• 6-10 years of relevant experience (experience with a reputed management/ operations consulting organization would be an added advantage)
• Willingness to international travel (long term/short term)
• MBA in Marketing/Finance/Operations/Systems
