Company Profile - One of the leading Indian corporates having a group turnover of more than 12,000 crores having business interests in various sectors namely , chemicals, Stationary,textiles,and Construction.

Experience – 15 yrs plus

Package – 50L+

Location – Mumbai

Job Description
He will be responsible for developing the land and developing the SEZ.Acquisition of Land acquisition team and get into a commercial or residential builiding,Conceptualization and planning of interior of different commercial as well as residential building. Liaisoning with architect, vendors, government bodies, builders, and property dealer. Will be responsible for driving revenu's through rentals & sales commercial & residential properties to corporates ,will also be responsible entire administration &P&L of SEZ.

Desired Profile
Candidate should have 15-20 Yrs exp of SEZ projects on a national level.Should have knowledge of handling the team as well as market trends.
