HR Requirements

Our client is one of the largest Consumer Products Company in the country with amongst top 3 positions occupies in almost all its product segments: Fans, Sewing Machines, Auto Components, water coolers, air conditioners etc. They are one of the oldest family owned turned professional business houses in the country and are head quartered out of Gurgaon. With a current turnover of more than 500 Cr and an investment plan of doubling the size in the next 2-3 years they are currently looking for some bright HR professionals to take the organization to higher level.

Our client is at the moment looking for Regional HR Heads (4 Regions) and an Engagement Manager (To be based out of Gurgaon). Sample Job Descriptions for both the roles are as below.

Position: Regional HR Manager
Location: 1 Person each for Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai

Job Description: - The candidate will have responsibility to:
• Coordinate the entire gamut of HR practices for Divisional Sales offices in terms of Recruitment/Preparation and Implementation of Induction Module/ training and development. • Make appropriate changes in HR policies after getting in required feedback from the divisions. • Formulate division wise policies keeping regional factors into account. • Maintain up-to-date Organizational charts from the whole organization. • Correlate manpower strength to Departmental/Product targets, structures and review manpower required on periodic basis. • Ensure implementation of HR policies on Regional level. • Frame out the policy on campus recruitment at various levels eg – Graduate Engineer Trainee scheme/ Management Trainee scheme and coordinate with the short listed Institutes for the same. • Do the manpower planning and develop the roadmap for resource management. • Design & implement OD initiatives for the region. • Identify/coach/manage and develop key business profile. • Act as the regional coordinator for North region and directly handle the recruitment, induction, training, compensation benchmarking, talent management, policy deployment and exit formalities for the region.

Specifications:
• 5 to 7 years experience in HR
• Full time MBA-HR from reputed institute
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Report to: Head HR
Salary: Competitive
North region covers- Punjab/Delhi/Rajasthan/UP (E) UP (W)


Position: Manager – People Engagement
Location: Head office Gurgaon

Job Description: - The candidate will have the responsibility for: • Employee Engagement Scheme: To devise employee engagement schemes such as Insurance, medical benefits, scholarships etc to boost employee morale. • Effective Communication of Personal policies/ matters/ decisions • Conducting Employee Satisfaction surveys and implements valid suggestions.
• Organizing Employee meets/ Open Houses to understand the issues affecting the organization and employees. • Organizing Knowledge sharing sessions. • Implementing various organizational initiatives to maintain high employee morale. • Addressing & resolution of employee issues • Employee recognition programs.
