HR Requirements -Delhi

We are currently assisting a very well known BPO, based @Delhi.They
require:

1. Manager HR Operations -
The candidate should have 4 - 5 years of experience.
This position would report to the Sr. VP HR.
Compensation would not be a limiting factor for the selected candidate.
The person should be open to night shifts also.

2. AM HR (Female) -
The candidate should have 2 - 3 years of experience.
The person should have good exposure of MIS.
Compensation would not be a limiting factor for the selected candidate.

3.Executive / Sr. Executive HR -
The candidate should have good exposure in MIS.
Compensation would not be a limiting factor for the selected candidate.


We are also currently assisting a Company ,which is considered one of
the pioneer of the concept of individual credit rating in India.

They require a Manager HR with 5 - 7 years of experience ,who would be
heading the HR department. This position would report to the Executive
Director.

Profile : Generalist HR role
CTC : Best suited in the industry.
Location : Delhi
