Overview:
As the Industry Head, you will be responsible to develop tight integration with US client engagement and pursuit teams and lead an execution team to seamlessly deliver high-quality products to enhance US consultant output. Along with the Advisory Center Head, you will set the strategic direction for the Advisory Center and build an industry-specific operating model and consulting processes for effective interaction and work-flow management.
Specifically, you will act as a key contact point for consultants and work interactively with US teams to understand consultant needs and structure output to enhance their capability. You will lead execution and provide oversight to complex client projects. In the medium to long term, this role will position you for a larger leadership role in our India operations or a consulting position in our US practice.

Qualifications:
Eight to twelve years of total work experience
Six plus years of experience in strategy consulting specifically focused on the FSI,
Healthcare and TMT practice
Demonstrated experience in leading large strategic consulting engagements that have a significant fact-based client contextual research/analytics component
Ability to establish and manage operating processes for improved performance and proven track record at previous employment
Superior analytical/problem-solving and communication (both written and oral) skills
MBA from top tier school
