Job Specification:
Drive new retail customer acquisition, by driving brand & product awareness levels, improve brand awareness and preference scores in category
Increase TOM Awareness through building relevance & educating customers through all communication, 360 degree approach to communication across media
Use research and brand tracking methodologies to monitor campaign effectiveness and benefits improve mass media efficiencies
Ensure channel support - product positioning literature and new fund offers
Ensure adherence to mandatory communication requirements and availability of customer stationary
Drive loyalty/ retention of existing customers

Candidate Profile: We are looking a MBA from premium institutes like IIM, XLRI, JBIMS, SP Jain, ISB, FMS, etc with 7-10 years of experience in marketing in a reputed FMCG or financial services company handling a significant product category.
